View customer transactions and communications

When to use this procedure

Follow the steps below to view a history of a customer's transactions and interactions with your business.

Steps to complete

  1. On the Modules menu, point to Customer and click Customer History. The Pick Customer window displays.
  2. Locate the customer for whom you want to view history and click Select. The Outstanding window displays.
  3. In the box above the grid, select a transaction or interaction type to view.
  4. Click Go. A window associated with the transaction or interaction type you selected displays. For example, if you select Email History, the Email Activity window displays where you can view all sent and unsent messages to the customer.
